Turnkey production, broadcast, and visual execution for a historic week in Indianapolis, serving 60,000+ across Congress, pilgrimage, convention, and livestream environments.

Project Scope
As a milestone moment within the National Eucharistic Revival, the National Eucharistic Congress required a production partner capable of supporting mission, scale, and continuity across every environment of the week. Our scope was built to bring structure, clarity, and technical continuity to every layer of the event experience.
- Mission-critical production leadership
- Multi-venue technical continuity
- Broadcast and visual integration
The project demanded a unified production strategy across stadium sessions, convention programming, pilgrimage-related execution, partner broadcast needs, and a cohesive visual system that could carry the Church’s message with clarity and reverence at every level.

Achieved Goals
We built the production and visual framework required so the Church could deliver a unified, reverent, and mission-aligned experience across Congress, pilgrimage, convention, and livestream environments.
- Supported unity at national scale
- Protected clarity and reverence
- Extended reach beyond the room through livestream
As the convergence point of a historic national movement, the week required more than technical coverage. It required a turnkey partner who could unify systems, visuals, broadcasts, and environments so the focus could remain on encounter, worship, and the broader mission of renewal.

"Up2Live brought the clarity, coordination, and execution needed to support a historic week of programming with excellence across every environment.”
