Project Purpose

Joel Osteen’s Yankee Stadium event required a production partner capable of supporting far more than a live stage moment. The project demanded full-scope technical leadership across audio, visuals, staging, broadcast engineering, and the systems architecture needed to support a major faith event inside one of the most recognizable stadiums in the country.

  • Stadium-scale AVL leadership
  • Broadcast systems engineering
  • High-impact worship environment

A baseball stadium presents very different production realities than a purpose-built arena or worship venue. Coverage, intelligibility, sightlines, infrastructure, and broadcast coordination all have to be approached with precision. Our role was to unify those moving parts into a system that could support the message, the worship experience, and the scale of the night without losing control of the details.

Achieved Goals

We delivered the technical framework required to help transform Yankee Stadium into a unified worship, speaking, and broadcast environment capable of serving the scale and significance of the event.

  1. Adapted production for a nontraditional venue
  2. Integrated broadcast and live environments
  3. Supported a high-capacity audience experience

The work was built to do more than power a large event. It created the production, engineering, and visual infrastructure needed so the experience could feel clear, cohesive, and impactful across the stadium, on screens, and through the broader broadcast ecosystem supporting the night.
